Description: Forecasting is an important exercise for any corporation, let alone a multinational, multibillion, public technology company with stakeholders looking for guidance.

In this talk, we will go through some of the art and science of the user forecasting process at Spotify. From the strictly mathematical models we use to the ways we communicate with our stakeholders, and how we manage to forecast the future in such a fast moving world.
