Open Educational Resources (OER) are free and freely accessible digital media (including text, images, video, learning modules and etc.) that are used in teaching and learning. Due to their digital distribution, they can be accessed anywhere and anytime by students through an internet connection. OER are easy to keep up to date and modify for a variety of course-related applications while supplanting expensive materials students normally have to purchase.
