If you intend to reappoint the College Assistants in your department, please submit ePAF’s for them by Monday, August 31st. If the ePAF’s aren’t initiated, we can’t guarantee that they will go through the entire approval path in time, resulting in an interruption in pay for your College Assistants. If you don’t intend to reappoint College Assistants who were working in August, please send me the names of these individuals, so we can send them non-reappointment letters.
