The previously sent e-mail below was meant for managers and those who do ePAFs for College Assistants.

Subject: Reappointment of College Assistants for September

Central Office provided a very narrow window in which to reappoint College Assistants for the month of September.  If you intend to reappoint the College Assistants in your department, please submit ePAF’s for them by Monday, August 31^st.  If the ePAF’s aren’t initiated, we can’t guarantee that they will go through the entire approval path in time, resulting in an interruption in pay for your College Assistants.

If you don’t intend to reappoint College Assistants who were working in August, please send me the names of these individuals, so we can send them non-reappointment letters.
