"A TASTE OF CULINARY NUTRITION FROM AROUND THE GLOBE" New series brought to you by the Culinary Nutrition Collaborative Join us for this brand new virtual program focused on global cuisine which will include 9 culinary workshops to be held weekly in February and March. This entire series will be worth 17 CEUs (pending approval)! Each session will be led by a different chef/RD who will present key ingredients, traditional dishes and important aspects of their food heritage and then demonstrate several recipes in a cook-along style for participants.
