The University HR’s Office of Recruitment and Diversity (ORD) will be hosting its 2024 conference on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access (C-IDEA) on Thursday March 14, 2024 at the CUNY Graduate Center. The 2024 theme is

As renowned writer and social justice advocate Arundhati Roy noted in April 2020, “The pandemic is a portal” and C-IDEA hopes to explore this.Though the pandemic has since faded, NYC was at its epicenter and ripple effects continue in our communities.<br>

There is so much to learn from our experiences. C-IDEA offers you the opportunity to share your stories, your faculty research and administrative practices as authentic examples of what takes place on our campuses –
