<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;color:black">As part of the Year of South Africa, Queens College will host a presentation by Shared Interest -- a non-profit social investment fund that provides support for Southern
 Africa’s economically disadvantaged communities to sustain themselves and build equitable nations.  Launched the year Nelson Mandela was elected South Africa’s President, Shared Interest provides access to credit and mentorship for microenterprise and small
 business owners, farmers and cooperative members – the vast majority of them women -- who would otherwise be considered “unbankable.”
