Dear faculty,
 
The fully online or hybrid classroom can be uniquely challenging for teaching and learning abstract concepts and practical skills in STEM subjects. We thought it might be helpful to give you a space to share what’s worked and what hasn’t, to connect with each other across sessions of OTE and across campuses, and to put your collective knowledge to the task of planning for another semester of guiding your students’ scientific development.
 
Please join us if you like, Friday, May 7 from 11 am to 12:30 pm, for an informal conversation on teaching science, tech, engineering and math at CUNY, in either the fully online or partially online modality. Feel free to drop in for part or all of the meetup! If you know other CUNY STEM faculty who haven’t participated in OTE but who would like to attend, feel free to share this invitation with them.
