[Socrates] Evening Workshops for Faculty: Blackboard Groups, November 7​

The Center for Teaching & Learning announces the next faculty evening workshop on Wednesday, November 7 - Digital Tools for Effective Teaching: Blackboard Groups.

Creating groups allows students to collaborate on group assignments and presentations as well send email within the group. 

Participants will learn to 
- set up groups in Blackboard and add members
- assign specific Blackboard tools to each group
- grade group assignments
 
Date: Wednesday, November 7, 2018
Time: 5:15pm-7:00pm
Location: Rosenthal Library, Room 300i (Tanenbaum Room)

Loaner laptops will be available, but we encourage you to bring your own devices.
