[Socrates] Assessment Workshop hosted by WaQ - April 25th

Hi all,

I'm writing to let you know about an upcoming workshop hosted by Writing at
Queens which focuses on *assessment. *


*The event will take place on April 25th at 10:00 am in Queens Hall 330A. *

Writing at Queens is hosting our final digital pedagogy workshop of the
semester on April 25th at 10:00 am in QH 330A. The workshop will introduce
participants to assessment techniques that employ technology. These may be
as simple as using a course blog for grading, setting up online tests,
using clickers for real time feedback in class, or even as complex as
designing a project that requires students to create a technology-based
object (like a website or podcast). Feel free to bring individual questions
about assessments to the event. All faculty and staff who feel they would
benefit are welcome to attend.
