This note is a reminder about the presentation on the Harry S Truman Scholarship, Monday, April 24, 2017, at free hour in Honors Hall, 12.
Dr. Andrew Rich, the Director of the Truman Scholarship, will present on the scholarship and answer questions from students and faculty.
The Harry S. Truman Scholarship is the premier public service undergraduate award.  The scholarship provides students with $30,000 of support for graduate studies in law, public policy, education, or other careers in public service.
Students apply in their junior year, so this info session would be of interest to current first-years and sophomores. Dr. Rich plans to include information for faculty and staff to help us identify students who might be good candidates for this opportunity, so you are very welcome to join us.
