[Socrates] Qwriting "Downtime"

Hello All,

Qwriting will be put in "read only" mode this Thursday, January 21, for a
major update.  Read only means that you will be able to view Qwriting sites
but not change them.  We are blocking out the time from 10:30 a.m. to 4
p.m. but we hope it will not take that long.  Please let me know if you
notice any problems after the update.
