Year of South Africa: Frontiers: Metaphors and Myths in the Writing of South Africa's History
The first lecture in QC's Short Course on South Africa. Hlonipha Mokoena (Columbia University) and Grace Davie (QC, History). Joint presentation will include reflections on the debates, myths, metaphors, and interpretive lashes that make South African history fascinating, troubling, and deeply unsettled.
