I'm writing with an advance notification about this year's RFP for projects in the Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Education (URME) program.  Please see below for the email you will also get via QCMailer in a day or so.  The deadline to submit proposals is Friday October 18, and faculty from all divisions are encouraged to apply. The Office of the Provost and the Center for Teaching and Learning are pleased to announce a call for proposals for undergraduate research projects, for this academic year, 2013-2014. The Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Education (URME) program at Queens College supports outstanding activities in which faculty mentor undergraduates in research or other scholarly or creative work. The program is funded and managed by the Office of the Provost and supported by the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Office of Graduate Studies and Research.

Proposals will be accepted for faculty-led projects, submitted by faculty, for group or one-on-one research.  The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, October 18, 2013. Faculty from all divisions are encouraged to apply.
