Faculty are invited to attend two advanced online faculty development workshops:

Essential Instructional Design for Faculty (October 21-28 and November 18-25)
The Art of Feedback (November 18-25) 

These 8-day online workshops have no pre-requisites other than basic Blackboard skills and do not require pre-approval for registration. All faculty are welcome-whether teaching in traditional, hybrid or online format. Workshops can be taken on a casual basis or with the aim of receiving a certificate of completion. These two workshops address some of the most challenging problems instructors face-how to provide effective and targeted feedback to students through diverse approaches while managing your workload; and how to design your course and assignments to create a more engaging and better organized learning experience.  Each workshop is intended to provide you with ideas and techniques that you can immediately apply to your own course and teaching methods and an opportunity to share and learn from other faculty.
