Dear QC faculty,

Please consider announcing this opportunity to your students. Students who are approached by professors who know them and their work are more committed and more successful.

The competition for the Killam Fellowships Program (for undergraduate students) is currently underway.

As you may already know, the Killam Fellowships Program provides an opportunity for exceptional undergraduate students in the United States to spend either one semester or a full academic year as a self-placed, visiting student in Canada. www.killamfellowships.com<http://www.killamfellowships.com>

  *   $5,000 US per semester,
  *   orientation in Ottawa,
  *   spring seminar in Washington
  * health insurance allowance of $500 US, and the
  * ability to apply for a mobility (in-country travel) grant of up to $800 US.

The deadline for the open competition <http://www.killamfellowships.com/programs/americans/how-to-apply-a.html> for the 2014-15 Killam Fellowships competition will be January 31, 2014.
