[UrbanStudiesCircular] Learn More about Urban Planning at the Hindsight Conference November 2-3 2018
The 2018 Hindsight conference on November 2-3, 2018 honors the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act (1968), which outlawed housing discrimination for certain protected classes, requires jurisdictions to address segregation and disparate access to opportunity, and affirmatively furthers fair housing. The two day-long event will focus on diversity and social equity not solely as a topic at a conference, but as a lens through which all planning and community development should be implemented. The conference will take place at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (2180 Third Avenue NY, NY).
