Professor Natalie Bump Vena invites you to an upcoming panel about environmental justice at the New York City Bar Association. The event is FREE for students. **Advancing Environmental Equity in New York City** Monday, April 30th 6:30 pm New York City Bar Association 42 W. 44th Street New York, NY Attorneys from New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and the Natural Resources Defense Council, along with their clients, will discuss pressing local environmental justice issues, including: mold in NYCHA buildings, private waste transfer stations, and equity in climate change adaptation. They will also outline ways that New Yorkers, including lawyers, can advance environmental equity in the city.
