Are you concerned about downtown Flushing gentrification and rising residential rents? Do you want to help preserve and protect rent stabilization? Jing Wang's four week summer session course engages students in a collaboration with a Flushing affordable housing activist to learn about and produce a video on the struggle to protect the neighborhood's rent stabilized housing.?
