Dear TIME 2000 Students, Conference week is here! Almost 300 high school students plus their teachers are registered for the event so we should have an exciting day! We are scheduled to start moving our event items from PH 002 to the MU on Thursday at 12 noon. If you are available this Thursday anytime between 12 noon and 1pm, please meet us in PH 002 (12-12:30pm) or the MU (12:30-1pm). A QC truck is scheduled to meet us by PH and drive our items to MU. We need as many people as possible to carry items to the truck at PH and then to unload them at MU. The whole process goes very quickly if we have volunteers. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
