Special Guests: Physical therapist Antonio Colletti and medical massage therapist Toni Campiglia. March 27: Anxiety and Depression. What are they? How are they related and different? What to do before they get out of control? April 3: Sleep and Stress. Learn better habits, routines, and coping skills. April 17: Study Tips, Time Management, and Organization. Learn ways to get it together and be more productive. April 24: What Is Counseling and How Can It Help? Information about QC counseling, off-campus resources, and counseling/therapy in general. May 1: Finals and Graduation Stress, Worries, and What To Do Next? Come with your questions and concerns regarding finals and graduation. May 8: Communication. Improving your interpersonal interactions, verbal, non-verbal, written, texting, social media, etc. May 15: Vent Session. No agenda, just offering this time to let it all out before summer break!
