I hope student teaching has started smoothly. Please note the following two items if you plan to graduate at the end of this semester:

All math ed majors must complete a concentration form and have it signed by Dr. Sultan at the beginning of their final semester at Queens College. The form is attached. Completed forms can be brought to the math department office or emailed to Alan.Sultan@qc.cuny.edu. If preferred, a hard copy is available in the math department office.
You must file a graduation application via CUNYFirst.
