Dear T-23,

Once again, let me tell you how wonderful your speeches are for the graduation celebration.  The event will be very special.

Please help Lori and me make it run smoothly by replying as soon as possible with the following information:

1. Complete the guest list info if you have not yet done so.  Include ALL people you invited such as coop. teachers so that they can get on campus.
2. Please send me the names of your cooperating teachers or other such inspirational guests if they will be attending.  Dr. Artzt likes to mention them by name in her speech so I need them immediately.
3. Please see Lori on Tuesday if you owe money for guest tickets to the event.
4. If you invited guests who are enrolled at QC, remind them to bring their ID cards to get on campus.

Please note that both Dr. Sisser and Prof. Erlbaum expressed sincere regrets for not being able to attend (and both had very good excuses!).  They send you their best wishes and congratulations!
