Subject: TIME 2000 Conference Tomorrow!

Dear TIME 2000 Students,

Wow!  There are 340 high school students registered for the TIME 2000 conference scheduled for tomorrow.  Please review your job responsibilities so the event runs smoothly and we will have a great day! 

New announcements for the event:

  1. Please meet at 8am on Friday morning in the Music Building.  We need to set up our registration items in the rear lobby near LeFrak Concert Hall.  Walk through the atrium (where our food will be set up) to find Tobi or me and ask how you can be of assistance.
  2. When you are in the workshops, the teachers might need help logging in to the QC computer system.  Offer to log in but use the following:

  1. Supplies for teachers are in the TIME 2000 office, PH 002.  If your teacher needs anything (including chalk or markers for the board), offer to get the items from Lori.
  2. Reminder:  Wear your TIME 2000 royal blue shirts and your beautiful smiles!
