The TIME 2000 seminar has been designed to be as safe as possible. However, there remain risks associated with all in-person activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the seminar, vaccinations and face masks are required. We also have reduced the population density and will maintain social distancing (sit at least one seat away from another person). Those who have approved vaccine exemptions from the college should follow the guidelines given to them and remember to sit at least 6 feet away from the next person. Hand washing is encouraged before and after all activities. All participants and attendees, regardless of role, are subject to these rules. Individuals displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 are not permitted to attend the event or enter the space for the event.
This email can be used as your entrance pass to access the Queens College campus for the seminar.
