[Time2000_t21 0178] Loan Forgiveness Contracts for T21
Dear TIME 2000 Juniors, I hope the semester has started smoothly and that you and your families are well. At the end of sophomore year, TIME 2000 students are asked to sign a Loan Forgiveness Contract which explains your formal obligation to the program. This form should be signed in front of a notary public and signed and stamped by the notary. Thus, we did not distribute it to you last spring during the height of the pandemic. Please find the Loan Forgiveness Contract attached to this email. If you are comfortable seeing a notary, please get the form notarized and send a scan of the signed and notarized contract to Loriann.Maugeri@qc.cuny.edu<mailto:Loriann.Maugeri@qc.cuny.edu> by October 30, 2020. Submit the hard copy of the signed contract to Lori when we return to campus. Alternatively, if you are not comfortable interacting with a notary during the pandemic, please sign the contract now and return it to Lori via email. When we return to campus, you will be required to submit a notarized contract to Lori. Notary publics are public servants. Most banks have a notary on site. Google where to find a notary close to you and for other locations. Please let me know if you have any questions.
