Dear TIME 2000 Students,

 

LIMACON is a mathematics education conference for teachers of grades K-12.   It is a mandatory event for all TIME 2000 students (unless you have an exam at QC).  It will be held at SUNY, Old Westbury, on Friday, March 15, 2019; TIME 2000 will provide a bus from QC.  The program is attached.

In order for TIME 2000 to pay your registration fee, follow the instructions below and register by December 31, 2018.  Do NOT pay by credit card.   After you submit the registration form, you will receive confirmation that you have registered.  Please send that to Loriann.Maugeri@qc.cuny.edu so Lori knows to pay for you.

Since this conference is for K-12 teachers, it is important that you select workshops that will be of interest to you.  Grade levels are listed for each workshop.  Consider those designated for grades 6-12.  Read the descriptions of the workshops in the attached program before you choose your workshops for the registration page. Write down the number of the workshops you are interested in attending, then register by clicking on the registration link.

 

Enter Queens College/TIME 2000 as your school name.   

Make sure to choose Student/Student Teacher $25 for Registration Fee in the Payment section.

Choose School Purchase Order.  Do NOT pay by credit card.

For the purchase order number, enter 2000.

Check the box for “I will mail be mailing the school purchase order.”
