Dear TIME 2000 Seniors,

It was great to meet with you last week.  The college has given me more information about large gatherings; updates are below.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

• ALL GUESTS MUST BE VACCINATED.  This is currently the college rule for large gatherings.  I will request that Media Services set up a camera and Zoom connection so that unvaccinated guests can join remotely.
• You may enter your email address and/or cell phone number for guests who do not have their own.
• Children under 5 years old must wear a mask.
• Guests can request parking on campus when they stop at the main entrance security for clearance.  The names you supply on the Form will be given to Public Safety.  They will allow guests to park on campus if spots are available so do tell your guests to ask for a parking pass.
