You have previously written a reference for a student to our program, and I would like to ask whether you are able to refer any other students to become a tutor. CUNY Tutor Corps brings current CUNY students who are studying math, computer science, technology and education into NYC public middle and high schools to provide one-on-one and small group instruction and support classroom teachers. For the summer, we are hiring tutors to work in one of two programs: STEM enrichment (similar to a summer camp), and ESY (Extended School Year) with students who have special needs. We pay $17/hour for 19 hours per week, from July to mid-August.
