Dear TIME 2000 Sophomores and Juniors,

I hope that you and your families are well and that you will enjoy the upcoming spring break.

At the end of sophomore year, TIME 2000 students are asked to sign a Loan Forgiveness Contract which explains your formal obligation to the program.  This form should be signed in front of a notary public and signed and stamped by the notary.  Given the pandemic, the juniors were not given the form last spring but it was sent to them in September.  At this time, we are asking both sophomores and juniors to complete the form.

Please find the Loan Forgiveness Contract attached to this email.  Please get the form notarized and send a scan of the signed and notarized contract to Loriann.Maugeri@qc.cuny.edu by May 1, 2021.  Submit the hard copy of the signed contract to Lori when we return to campus.

Notary publics are public servants.  Most banks have a notary on site.  Google where to find a notary close to you and for other locations.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Weinman

Naomi Weinman
