Dear TIME 2000 Students, Thank you to all of those who have helped stuff folders and prepare for Friday's conference. We will move all the folders and equipment from the TIME 2000 office to the SU on THURSDAY, starting at 1:15pm. James from QC's Central Receiving will bring a van or truck. Help will be needed loading the truck at PH and then unloading it at the SU. If you are available, please meet in the TIME 2000 office at 1:15pm on Thursday. Thank you. I hope they are going well. Attached please find the updated Jobs list for the TIME 2000 conference on November 3. Please check to see if your job(s) changed. As always, contact me immediately if there is a problem with your assignment. Please note the following updates and other reminders: 1. The training meeting for all presenter escorts and equipment people will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017, 12:15 pm, in PH 112. ALL students are welcome to attend to learn how to attach a laptop to the classroom projectors and adjust sound. Meeting should last 20 minutes or less. 2. Pre-registration requests are due today. Please see the email sent by Lori last Tuesday and complete the Google Form at the link provided. 3. Senior seminar journals are due tomorrow. All students are welcome to submit a journal. 4.
