Dear TIME 2000 Students,

As mentioned at the seminar last week, The How To Make Math Count Conference is a mathematics education conference for teachers of grades K-8.   It is an optional conference ( i.e., not required);  you are welcome to attend and TIME 2000 will pay your registration fee if you register by December 1, 2019.  Please note that is at Molloy College in Rockville Centre and you must provide your own transportation.  It is in January, during QC’s winter break so you should not have classes here unless you are taking Winter Session classes.  If you register for the conference and then do not attend, you will have to reimburse for the $30 registration fee.

In order for TIME 2000 to pay your registration fee, follow the instructions below.  Do NOT pay by credit card.   After you submit the registration form, you will receive confirmation that you have registered.  Please forward that to Loriann.Maugeri@qc.cuny.edu so Lori knows to pay for you.

Since this conference is for K-8 teachers, it is important that you select workshops that will be of interest to you.  Grade levels are listed for each workshop.  Consider those designated for grades 5-8.
