Dear TIME 2000 Seniors, I hope you are having a good weekend. I regret to inform you that we might have to change the date of the graduation celebration. It seems that the QC Gala which Dr. Artzt must attend has been planned for the same evening. I will know on Monday or Tuesday if the Gala date is set in stone. I have already begun to secure available space and dates on campus but it is very difficult to get space close to graduation as each dept. has awards ceremonies scheduled. Here is what is available: Weds May 2 and 9 which are reserved for us. Mon May 14 Tues May 15 Wed May 16 is not available but we are trying to get the Gala people to help us arrange for it Several of you mentioned that you have classes on different evenings when we tried to schedule the rehearsal date. PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY to let me know: 1. The date you prefer (other than May 9) 2. Your second choice date 3. The evenings you have class and the times of the classes. 4. Other suggestions I hope to have a new date arranged by Wednesday.
