Dear TIME 2000 Students,

Happy June!

I hope you all had a good semester.  I would like to clarify some things about the portfolios which are due next week. 

· There is some confusion about the due date.  Different cohorts have shown me different dates that were posted.  To make it fair and easier for all of you, we will use the latest date posted.  Therefore, portfolios are now due by 2pm, Thursday, June 8.  Field Day will start at 2pm, so  please consider participating if you have not yet signed up.

· You are always welcome to submit your portfolio earlier but lateness penalties start at 2:01pm on Thursday.  Penalties will be applied for every day of lateness.

· Guidelines and grading rubric are still posted on SharePoint.  See Shared Documents, Portfolios.

· If you still do not have access to SharePoint, email Alyssa.Figueroa@qc.cuny.edu with your full name, CAMS user name, and cohort number (freshman=T19; sophs=T18; jrs=T17), and she will be able to help you during business hours.

· If you have access but need help navigating SharePoint, see Alyssa in the lab this week or ask your cohort members for help.  In the future, do not wait until the last minute!

· When you submit your portfolio in PH 002, stop at the front desk and make sure that someone in the office checks off that your portfolio was submitted.
