Dear Dr. Artzt & Dr. Curcio,
My name is Chrishelle (Johnson) Thorpe. I was one of your Master Secondary
Ed Mathematics Students form 2000 -2002. I am reaching out to you because,
I now teach at the Institute for Health Professions at Cambria Heights
which is a fairly new high school here in Queens which is part of the the
New York State Performance Standards Consortium. Our students are
presenting their Graduation level Performance Based Assessments and we are
in desperate need of outside evaluators for our Mathematics and Physics
presentations. Remembering how cutting edge you and Dr. Curcio were and
influential to me in my pursuits of becoming an effective Mathematics
Teacher I thought you would be one of the best if not the best person to
invite or ask for recommendations for possible evaluators to come in and
see the work we do with our students. Below is the request for evaluators
