Subject: [Time2000_t17 0096] Thursday and Friday Information

 

Dear TIME 2000 Students,

 

The TIME 2000 conference is almost here!

Registration has broken all records:  403 high school students are registered for the conference!

Please review your specific job descriptions as well as the general instructions so that the event runs smoothly.

 

Help is needed on Thursday, November 3, to move all the folders and tote bags from PH 002 to the SU.

If you are available, please meet in PH 002 at 12:15pm to put everything in my car.  We will then meet at the SU to move everything from the car to the SU.  We should be finished by 1:15pm.

Several indicated at the seminar that they are available at this time.  You do not need to be available for the entire hour.  Please show up to help even if you only have a few minutes to spare.

Let me know if you plan to help.

 

NEW for FRIDAY:  Our materials will be stored in the SU on the first floor on Thursday night.  That means that everything has to be brought up to the 4th floor when we arrive on Friday morning.  Please stop in SU room 100 across from the elevators and grab a box of TIME 2000 materials as you arrive at the SU at 8am on Friday.
