Dear TIME 2000 Students, If you plan to attend the field trip to Channel THIRTEEN on Monday, please make sure you reply via the link below by 5pm today. A list of names must be provided to security at World Wide Plaza by the end of business, today. Reply at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1p1QP2eO-MvzX86Cz3XTecqMoTT1BsSu3Dy9GuWWTzB8... If you are attending, be sure to bring PHOTO ID. Arrive at the building (address below) between 10:30am and 10:45am. It might take some time at the security desk where you will be issued a guest pass. The security guard will tell you the room number for the TIME 2000 event. Light breakfast snacks will be available for those who arrive between 10:30am and 11:00am. The program will start at 11am and end by 2:30pm. I hope to see you there! Your name will be on the rsvp list given to the security guards. If your name is not on the list, you will not be allowed to enter the building. PHOTO ID is required. 2. Transportation: Provide your own transportation to the building, located on 50th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. Easily accessible by subway. 3. Lunch will be served. Light breakfast snacks will be available at the start of the program. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own lunch.
