Dear TIME 2000 Students,

I hope you all survived finals and had a good semester.

Please note the following dates and deadlines for TIME 2000 for the month of June:

1. Portfolios are due from freshmen, sophomores, and juniors on Tuesday, June 7, by  10:45am , PH 002.   Guidelines and grading rubric can be found on SharePoint. If you have not yet learned how to sign on to SharePoint, see Alyssa in the lab immediately.

2. Field Day: Tuesday, June 7, meet in PH 004 at 10:45am if you signed up to participate.  Submit your portfolio in PH 002 and then join us in PH 004 to receive a team-colored tee shirt which you can then decorate with fabric markers.  Help fill water balloons and then carry supplies to the field. The fun starts as soon as we get to the field.  Lunch will be provided after the activities.

3. Freshman Orientation:  Thursday, June 9, meet in PH 004 at 9:30am if you volunteered to be a mentor.  Wear your blue TIME 2000 tee shirts and a smile.  We will discuss how to be a mentor before the freshmen arrive.  They are expected at approximately 10am.  Lunch will be provided after the freshmen register for courses.
