See below and attached for a fellowship opportunity! Naomi Weinman SEYS/TIME 2000 Queens College, CUNY 718-997-5377 .Good afternoon, I received your contact information from Dwaina Screen<http://kstf.org/community-bio/6885/dwaina-screen/>, TIME alumna. I'm writing on behalf of the Knowles Science Teaching Foundation (KSTF). The KSTF Teaching Fellows Program<http://www.kstf.org/fellowships> is a comprehensive, five-year professional development program designed to provide early-career high school science and mathematics teachers with the support needed to help them develop into master teachers who lead from the classroom. Similar to TIME 2000, successful applicants join a cohort of beginning science and mathematics teachers who support one another in their growth and development. In addition, KSTF Teaching Fellows receive grants, stipends, and professional development and coaching from a staff of experienced teachers and teacher educators. I'd love to share information about the program with your students and alumni (attached document provides an overview) and encourage them to apply<http://www.kstf.org/aplpy>. For instance, we can send hard copies of the attached flier. Further, we can invite potential applicants to an upcoming webinar about the program. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
