Hi Naomi, it is not a matter of creating an account we only have one.
It will be a matter of gathering your email lists in Excel format, first name, last name and email address (I suggest reaching out to Barbara Santiago cc’d on this email to get details), we can turn over the email quickly but it is creating/importing
the email lists that is time consuming

Hi Naomi,
Simone forwarded on to use the approved fliers for your event. Our department no longer does html emails for clients because the process we used was not ADA compliant. We use our departments Constant Contact account for all our email
communication. If you plan on sending this out through your own channels I suggest attaching the PDFs Simone created. Other option is for you to give your email list (in Excel format to Barbara Santiago in ITS) and we can set your email up in Constant Contact,
however we will need to adjust the design/layout to accommodate ADA requirements. Please advise.
