Virgin Professor of Music at Dartmouth College November 2 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm | Music Building 265 This event will explore the musical connections among the peoples of Central Eurasia and its borderlands. Levin served as the first executive director of the Silk Road Project, founded by cellist Yo-Yo Ma, and is currently Senior Project Consultant to the Aga Khan Music Initiative, a program of the Aga Khan Trust for Culture. He is also the lead editor of The Music of Central Asia, to be published by Indiana University Press in December 2015.
