The Conference will be held on April 3, 2025 (virtually) and April 4, 2025 (in person) at the CUNY Graduate Center. This year we have expanded our program to incorporate more sessions across two days, one virtual and one in-person. Topics should align with at least one of our conference goals: 1. Promote pedagogical excellence: Recognize and celebrate outstanding teaching practices that transform the lives of students. 2. Share best practices: Create a forum for educators to exchange innovative active learning methods, ideas, strategies, research findings, and approaches to publishing scholarship in teaching and learning. 3. Inspire lifelong learning: Encourage a commitment to continuous professional development among educators and learners alike. 4. Foster collaboration: Facilitate connections and networking among participants from diverse educational backgrounds. 5. Advance educational technology: Explore the integration of technology in education and its impact on the learning experience. Session Format: Proposed sessions can fall under the following categories: Panel with Multiple Presenters (60 mins), Interactive Talk (10-15 min), Hands-On Workshop Facilitation (30-45 min), and In-Person Poster (30 min). We encourage presenters to select a format which will allow them to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Session Selection Criteria: The CUNY Teaching & Learning Conference Team and Advisory Board will review all proposals in detail to determine which will be selected for the conference.
