Greetings, Mindfulness practice can empower people personally and professionally as well as be a great stress reducer. This semester's program continues to focus on enabling participants to both practice mindfulness and to teach it to others. All sessions will take place from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in Queens Hall 325.
