Hello all, Start your summer off with Queens Memory! We will hold our next oral history training workshop right after finals week at Queens Central Library in Jamaica. This session will take place on Wednesday, May 30, from 6 to 8 pm. You will learn how to prepare for an interview, ask good questions, and make a high-quality recording, as well as how to submit your completed interview to the library's permanent collections. There will also be some time to practice your skills! ? The workshop is free and open to the public. It will take place in the first-floor meeting room, behind the quiet room at Central Library (89-11 Merrick Blvd., Jamaica, NY).
