With the end of the semester approaching, this is a good time to refresh your Gradebook skills and learn new ones in preparation for the grading period. CETLL invites all faculty to a virtual training session on Brightspace Gradebook. When: Thursday, November 13 @ 10:30am-noon Where: Zoom Register: https://forms.office.com/r/zTrkf8RgWe After registering, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. The live demonstration will be recorded and shared with faculty who registered. The session will cover: * How to set up your Gradebook * Weighting grades * Curving grades * How to control the student view of the Gradebook * Ungrading, a practice that incorporates principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) * Grade Passback, the process by which you transfer grades to CUNYfirst The session will begin with a live demonstration, followed by a hands-on/Q&A period during which you can apply what you’ve learned to your own course.
