Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing is a live, virtual learning environment that includes audio, video, application sharing and content display used for formal, scheduled instruction and meetings. It may be used within Blackboard or independently. See a demonstration of Collaborate and how you may take advantage of it in your courses through a variety of use cases.
