Hello: You are invited to attend a NYC Open Data Week event on March 3rd, from 2pm to 4pm at Campbell Dome, hosted by the Tech Incubator. A group of students from Queens College and other CUNY schools had worked very hard in the past two months to learn Python, data analytics and data visualization tools make sense out of multiple sets of NYC Open Data. They worked in teams, came up with their own projects, and were mentored by consultants from CrossCompute and data science professionals from the industry. On March 3rd, the students are going to showcase what they were able to accomplish and the stories they want to tell with the data.
