Hello all, Queens Memory has just added another oral history training workshop on campus. It will be held next Monday, March 19, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at the QC Tech Incubator, classroom 19. The workshop will cover such topics as interviewing techniques, recording technology and the creation of timecode outlines, and will offer some time to practice your skills. This session will also feature a presentation by Fran Kipnis, a Queens Memory volunteer who is helping to lead our LGBTQ oral history project (see flyer attached).
