Dear Colleagues:

On Saturday, November 2, the City University of New York’s Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment will co-sponsor a conference on best practices in reading/writing instruction. The conference will be held at LaGuardia Community College, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Attached is the conference flyer. Please distribute to faculty, staff and graduate students in your department for whom the conference might be of interest.

Registration is free of charge, and breakfast and lunch will be served. To register, please send your name, department, and college affiliation to marilyn.maiz@cuny.edu.
