We warmly invite you to join us at the 12th Annual Faculty Development Retreat on Friday March 6 in the Student Union Building (8:30am-4:15pm). The event will focus on “Student Engagement in the AI Era" and is hosted by the Biology Department at Queensborough Community College in collaboration with Queens College and LaGuardia Community College.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform the educational landscape, it offers new opportunities to enhance teaching, learning, and research. At the same time, it raises important questions surrounding ethical implementation, academic integrity, student engagement, and the future of traditional teaching methodologies. The retreat will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping teaching, learning, and student participation, and the event will provide a forum for faculty to explore these opportunities and challenges through presentations, discussions, and collaborative exchange.
